|December Virtue: HOPE|
Throughout December, we will be talking about the virtue of Hope: desiring Heaven and waiting with trust on God’s actions. During the season of Advent, we wait and trust in the Lord's coming. Parents, look for more on the virtue of Hope, including family discussion questions, in your child's blue communications folder.
Join us Friday, Nov. 18, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the SJA campus for our first Coffee House of the year, featuring the talents of our preschool/pre-kindergarten, 5th, 7th & 8th grades - plus open mic! Family-friendly fun for all! No uniforms, no admission fee - just a cool and relaxing hour of music.
|STSJP Tree at WE CARE Festival|
Members of the STSJP National Junior Honor Society decorated tree #6, "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing!", in the annual WE CARE Trim-A-Tree Festival at Markland Mall. Vote for our tree for the People's Choice Award or bid on it in the auction on Sunday, Nov. 13 beginning at 5 pm.

Saints on the Run 5k is Oct. 8
The annual STJSP 5k run/walk Saints on the Run will be Saturday, Oct. 8 on and around the beautiful grounds of St. Joan of Arc Church. Runners and walkers are invited to register at getmeregistered.com. Registration forms are available at both school campuses. All proceeds benefit the arts programs at Sts. Joan of Arc & Patrick School. |Annual Spaghetti Dinner Oct. 7|
STSJP will host its annual Spaghetti Dinner, featuring Martino's delicious sauces and bread, from 5 to 7:30 on Friday, Oct. 7 in the St. Patrick Parish Hall/cafeteria. Free will donations will be gratefully accepted. Every one is welcome!
|The 2016-2017 Year begins Aug. 10|
Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade will begin the school year on Wednesday, Aug. 10. ALL students will begin with Mass at the St. Patrick Campus. Shuttle buses will leave the St. Joan campus at 7:35, or parents may drop off at the St. Patrick Campus between 7:25 and 8 a.m. All students should enter the main school entrance and go to the gym. Students in K- 2nd grade will go to their classrooms before going to Mass. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to join us as we open the new school year by praying together.
|Backpack Day set for Aug. 9|
STSJP students entering K-8th grade are encouraged to pack up their backpacks with school supplies and bring them to school during Backpack Day, Tuesday, Aug. 9, between 5 and 7 p.m. Backpack Day gives you a chance to say hello to your teacher, find you desk and locker, and unpack all those school supplies. Then you can come to the first day of school ready to go!
